DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
ARTICLE 1 – PARTIES

BUYER: The person whose information is obtained during the order.
ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT The subject of this agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the product, whose characteristics and sales price are specified below, ordered electronically by the BUYER from the venustearituals.com website belonging to the SELLER.
ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCT INFORMATION SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT The type, kind, quantity, brand/model, sales price, and payment method of the product are as stated on the website at the time of order and in the order confirmation email sent to the buyer.
ARTICLE 4 – GENERAL PROVISIONS 4.1. The BUYER accepts that they have read and understood the preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method, and delivery of the product subject to the agreement on the venustearituals.com website and has given the necessary confirmation electronically. 4.2. The product subject to the agreement shall be delivered to the BUYER or the person/organization at the address indicated by the BUYER within the period specified on the website, depending on the distance of the BUYER's residence, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 days for each product. 4.3. If the product subject to the agreement is to be delivered to a person/organization other than the BUYER, the SELLER cannot be held responsible if the person/organization to be delivered does not accept the delivery. 4.4. The SELLER is responsible for delivering the product subject to the agreement sound, complete, and in accordance with the specifications stated in the order.
ARTICLE 5 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the agreement without giving any reason and without paying any penalty within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product subject to the agreement to them or to the person/organization at the address they indicated.
For the right of withdrawal to be exercised, the product must be unused, resalable, unopened, and in its original packaging. In products that are not suitable for resale due to health and hygiene reasons when returned (such as opened tea/food products), the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in accordance with Article 15 of the Distance Sales Regulation.
